Quick Wins · free

Real operational wins, not decks, hype and hope. Start with where it's leaking.

Book a time. Before the call we read your company from the outside and write down what we learned, plus the questions public information couldn't answer. Then we spend the call on one thing: the problems a fixed-scope Sprint could actually fix.

  • What we learned about your company, from your site, what search turns up, your social accounts, and who is visibly on the team
  • The questions we couldn't answer from outside, and why each one matters
  • The finished Analysis within 24 hours of the call, ending with the quick wins we'd go after first and which Sprint, if any, fits them. Yours to keep, whatever you decide

Free for anyone at a company that isn't a KRROP customer yet. Colleagues are welcome to book their own.

What happens next

We do the reading. The call is where we dig.

  1. You tell us your company.
  2. You book a time on the next page.
  3. Before the call, we read your company from the outside: here's what we learned, here are our questions.
  4. On the call we go through it together and hunt for the leaks: the lead nobody followed up, the stage nobody trusts, the outbound that's all activity. You answer what you can.
  5. Within 24 hours of the call, the finished Analysis is in your inbox.

No obligation. You keep it whether or not we ever speak again.

What's in it

Same homework as the KRROP Analysis. A different conversation.

We read the same things we read for Start Planning: growth trajectory, the customers you seem built to sell to, your positioning, the tech stack visible from outside, the shape of the team, your public presence, and whether a buyer who's ready can tell what you sell.

What changes is what we do with it. On a Quick Wins call we look for problems that are costing you now and have a clear start and finish:

  • Leads that go missing between arriving and a booked conversation. That's Pipeline Activation.
  • A CRM nobody trusts: stages that mean nothing, reports that can't be believed, a forecast that's a guess. That's Sales Ops Cleanup.
  • Outbound that's all activity and no system. That's Outbound Launch.

If none of those is your problem, we'll tell you so on the call.

Before you ask

How is this different from Start Planning?

The reading is identical, and so is what you keep. Start Planning is for a longer-range plan across the business. Quick Wins is for when something is broken now and you want it fixed, with a start date, an end date and numbers agreed up front.

Why a call at all?

Because some of what we find is a guess until you confirm it, and the diagnosis is a conversation, not a form. You'll also know within a minute whether we've read your business right.

What if there isn't much to find?

Then that's the first finding. If we can't tell who you sell to from your own site, neither could a buyer who went looking.

Can my colleagues book one too?

Yes, and we'd encourage it. Each person sees the company from a different seat. It stays free until your company becomes a customer.

Do you need access to anything?

No logins, no data, no CRM export. If it isn't public, we don't use it, and where we look and find nothing, the Analysis says that we looked.

What's the catch?

The end of the call. If a Sprint fits, we'll say which one and what it costs. You can say no and keep the Analysis. It's still yours.
