What You’ll Do
You'll provide support in several areas based on where your interest lies and project rhythm.
- Marketing as a Service (MaaS)
- Help brainstorm and craft omni-channel marketing assets: blog intros, social copy, campaign drafts.
- Assist in content planning, editorial calendaring, and research to fuel campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics to inform iteration and storytelling.
- Sales Enablement
- Support creating sales collateral: customized one-pagers, email drafts, pitch decks.
- Explore use of tools and CRM workflow—HubSpot, Apollo, Aloware.
- Learn to align messaging with buyer needs and team goals.
- Operational Efficiency
- Join in process mapping and identifying workflow bottlenecks.
- Assist with measurement design—help define, gather, or visualize metrics.
- Participate in “situation → measurement → action” problem-solving sprints
- HubSpot / CRM and Tools Support
- Help keep CRM data tidy and organized.
- Log campaign and prospect engagement touchpoints.
- Provide ad-hoc research support—industry trends, sector insights, target outreach.
- Blog and Content Creation
- Pitch and draft one short-form blog or insight post—join the voices that explore RevOps, CRM, engagement strategy, and tech stack topics.
- Support editing, formatting, and uploading content for publishing.
- Special Projects
- Contribute to a small-scale client case study or success story package (with mentorship).
- Co-develop internal guides or how-to documents for team toolkits.
- Organize and analyze team workflows to identify quick-win efficiencies.

You’ll be the first touchpoint for our prospects, using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Aloware, and ChatGPT to find the right people, connect with them, and uncover opportunities for our team to help.
What you’ll be doing:
- Research and outreach to stakeholders across our target industries.
- Email, Phone, and LinkedIn connection that’s personalized and relevant.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives and Directors.
- Use our CRM (HubSpot) as the single source of truth for the organization, keeping it up-to-date, and reliable.
- Share market insights with marketing and sales so we can improve together.
- Set attainable goals, and bust your ass to hit them.
What we’re looking for:
- Not a know-it-all. You should be humble, willing to learn, and open to diverse, out of the box, ideas.
- You need to be able to communicate in writing and verbally very well.
- Your curiosity drives you to dig into the “why” behind every answer.
- You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative team.
- Although a background in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role in B2B is beneficial, it's not a must.
