KRROP Analysis · free
Your company, read from the outside. Then a plan for what to fix first.
Book a time. Before the call we read your company from the outside and write down what we learned, plus the questions public information couldn't answer. Where we can't find something, we say so, because a buyer looking for it couldn't either.
- What we learned about your company, from your site, what search turns up, your social accounts, and who is visibly on the team
- The questions we couldn't answer from outside, and why each one matters
- The finished Analysis within 24 hours of the call, ending with the opportunities we'd put on a roadmap. Yours to keep, whatever you decide
Free for anyone at a company that isn't a KRROP customer yet. Colleagues are welcome to book their own.

What happens next
We do the reading. The call is for the questions.
- You tell us your company.
- You book a time on the next page.
- Before the call, we read your company from the outside: here's what we learned, here are our questions.
- On the call we go through the findings, and you answer what you can.
- Within 24 hours of the call, the finished Analysis is in your inbox.
No obligation. You keep it whether or not we ever speak again.
What's in it
Three findings or twenty-five. Whatever is actually there.
There's no fixed number. We don't pad the Analysis to a round count, and we don't cut it to fit a template.
Where we look:
- Growth trajectory: which direction the public signals point, and how fast
- Possible ICPs: who you appear to be built to sell to
- Positioning: the claim you are making in your market
- Tech stack: what is visible from outside
- Team: shape, seniority, and the gaps a stranger can see
- Public presence: web, social, search
- Clarity of sales positioning: whether someone ready to buy can tell what you sell
The finished Analysis always ends the same way: the opportunities we'd put on a roadmap. It's the only part that gives advice.
Before you ask
Why a call at all?
Because some of what we find is a guess until you confirm it, and the questions go faster out loud than by email. You'll also know within a minute whether we've read your buyer right.
What if there isn't much to find?
Then that's the first finding. If we can't tell who you sell to from your own site, neither could a buyer who went looking.
A gap in the public record is something you can fix, so it goes into the opportunities like everything else.
Can my colleagues book one too?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Each person sees the company from a different seat. It stays free until your company becomes a customer.
Is this a dossier?
No. A dossier reads one of your target accounts and says whether to call them today. The Analysis reads you. If you want the other one, get a dossier here.
Do you need access to anything?
No logins, no data, no CRM export. If it isn't public, we don't use it, and where we look and find nothing, the Analysis says that we looked.
What's the catch?
The end of the call. Once the questions are answered, we'd like to tell you what we would do about the opportunities.
You can say no to that and keep the Analysis. It's still yours.
