Many believe reading is boring (I disagree, but what do I know), so a little while ago, I sat down with Steve Whittington from Roadmap for a conversation about what it actually takes to build repeatable revenue systems.  The conversation got a bit philosophical, and I really enjoyed it, even if I hate listening to my own voice.

  • People first: how to hire for the traits that matter (and create clarity with outcomes so good people can win).
  • The customer journey as the blueprint: why you can’t “optimize sales” until you’ve mapped the journey end-to-end and tightened the handoffs.
  • AI for relevance (not spam): where AI genuinely helps—better signals, better context, better conversations—without sacrificing the human relationship.
