Our friendly staff visit your home to go through our checklist of small things that could indicate big things on the horizon.

Every time we visit, you get a report on what we discovered, what we quickly addressed, and what needs further attention.

Our team is trained on simple repairs/maintenance to make sure everything is ship shape.  Filter replacements, simple caulking, replacing lightbulbs, testing outlets, etc.  No need to call anyone, or bother your family, we'll take care of it.

Any issue that can't be handled on the spot will be reported to you right away so that it can be dealt with before it becomes a big problem: Plumbing, electrical, appliances, leaks, etc.  We can refer you to our contractor partners, or you can handle it yourself.
